Grasshoppers that we found in the
Brisbane area, Queensland, Australia.
- Male body length 30mm

- The grasshopper is dull brown in colours which assemble the background
that they perch. They like to rest on ground among the dry leaves. However,
the hind femur marked with black and white bands.

- We found this grasshopper once in Ford Road Conservation Area on Feb 2009.
For this species both male and female adults are fully-winged although they
look quite different. We did not find a female yet.
