Eastern Inland Cedarinia - Cedarinia sp. 4

Family Acrididae

This page contains pictures and information about the Eastern Inland Cedarinia Grasshoppers that we found in the Brisbane area, Queensland, Australia.  

Female body length 30mm 
 
Both adult males and females have reduced-wings and flightless. Males are about the half size of female, but we did not find one yet.

Pictures were taken in Mt Tamborine, Apr 2008 and Ford Road Conservation Area, Mar 2011.
