as head length.

- The Dexiin Fly mostly are parasitic in larval Coleoptera
(beetle) especially Scarabaeidae.
Adults are usually found resting on tree trunk.

- This fly like to rest on large tree trunk with head always heading
downwards.

- The fly is quite common in Brisbane's Eucalyptus forest.

- We found this fly in a few times in Karawatha Forest on Sep and Oct.
