- Male wingspan 70mm

- This is a large caterpillar has a pair of dorsal glands on abdominal
segment eight and a pair of erectile on the metathorax. The caterpillar feeds
on Eucalyptus.

- We found the moth resting on a grass stem late in the afternoon in
Karawatha Forest. It was in mid summer. The moth did not quit move even
disturbed.

- The moth was pale brown in colour with brawn dots pattern. Its hind wings
were pale orange. It had a snout body. We can tell the moth was a male by
the shape of its antenna.
