- As other moths in this genus Achaea, this moth have the hind wing
in black and white patterns. There are three white spots along the margin
and a inner white line across hind wings. This moth is known to
feed on fruit juice.

- Their caterpillar is known will feed on many kinds of garden and orchid
plants.

- Pictures were taken on May 2010 in Anstead Forest.
