Body length  15mm                                                   

 

This wasp is black with reddish-brown legs. From it white-banded antenna. There is a small pentagon areolet on forewing. Females have medium length ovipositor. 

 

 

The wasp was found on Oct 2007 in Karawatha Forest searching on the ground.
