Photo was taken in Botanic Garden on Feb 2010. The wasp was resting under leaf, The larvae  in this subfamily are internal parasitic on larvae of moths and butterflies. Adults are active at night. The wasp has the typical wing vein pattern of subfamily Ophioninae.
