- This grasshopper has the two front pair legs relatively longer.

- When looking at the photos of this grasshopper, we noticed one interesting
thing. This grasshopper has the hind leg pattern on its tegmen. This pattern
may not be very useful until it lost its hind leg. Losing hind leg is quite
common in grasshoppers. Grasshopper relies on its hind legs to avoid
predators. The hind-legless grasshopper will be a good target for
predators.
