Common Brown Noctuid Moth - Diatenes aglossoides

Wingspan 40mm

 

 

The Moths is dark brown with complex pattern wings. We found it rested on the wall outside our house from time to time. 

 

We did not found its caterpillars yet, From the references the caterpillar feeds on Acacia, pupates on hole or under loose bark of host tree.
