Stick Case Moth - Clania lewinii

Case length 30mm  
 
This species makes cylindrical case with parallel attached sticks. Those sticks are the same thickness but variable length.  However those sticks do not much longer than the silk back.

We found this Case moth bag attached to a large Gum tree trunk. The caterpillar live inside the case. The second picture shows a moth had emerged through the bottom opening and left the empty shell.
